为使推动教学的国际化，我院劳动经济系特邀意大利Bologna大学的Hartmut Lehmann教授开设“人事管理经济学”短期课程，于2013年10月22日（周二）至10月25日（周五）举办3场人事管理经济学讲座。现将有关事项通知如下：

2、 主讲人：Hartmut Lehmann（University of Bologna）
Hartmut Lehmann教授1988年毕业于University of California并获得博士学位，现任University of Bologna经济系教授、德国劳动研究所（IZA）“Labor Markets in Emerging and Transition Countries”项目负责人、2013年度比较经济学研究协会主席、世界银行和OECD顾问。他近期的研究成果发表在Journal of Comparative Economics, Journal of Health Economics, Economics of Transition, Labor Economics, Research in Labor Economics, Journal for Labor Market Research, European Economic Review等期刊上。

Human resource management (HRM) and general management practices and firm performance; introduction into the field of personnel economics.
第二讲：10月23日（周三）18:00-20:30
Compensation issues – variable versus fixed pay; relative pay (tournament theory); team compensation.
第三讲：10月25日（周五）9:00-11:30
The concept of a job and its implications for hierarchy and job dynamics; education within firms.
